Banner ad design

We need a good banner ad to market our website and products. Coder should have some "visual eye" how to make good banner ads. It's not enough that you know how to use some graphic design programs, we need creativity and sales focus. We would like to see your previous artwork. Here are some guidelines to this project: -"3D" not "2D" -Gif or flash -we sell a resume builder software by Internet and the banners will be used to promote our product in our affiliates website. The goal is only one, to get traffic of people interested to have a good resume. -We would like, if possible, to keep our web design style in the banner, but we are open to new good ideas. - We will give you some phrases as suggestions of writing, but will be perfect that you be responsible also for the final writing. -as mentioned earlier, visual looking of this banner should be really attractive and effective to provoke the Visitors of the affiliate's website to go and buy in our website. -we would like to see some of your previous artwork -we have images that can be provide to help your work, but probably you will need others to make a good work. -We have time, but if we can have the work finished in 1 week is better. -at least 2 different basic ideas of your design should be delivered for revision and before final artwork - We want to define one idea (468x60 size), and reproduce it into different banners sizes ( 300x250 Medium Rectangle, 120x90 Button, 234x60 Half Banner, 120x600 Skyscraper) ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform IE, Firefox
