Control Panel for a customizable flash gallery

Hi I have a flash design on my website showing a list of models. I want this flash design to be automated and fully controllable by a php control panel. The goal of this project is to be able to add a new model with full info and picture gallery without any programming skills (models will do it themselves) in less then 5 minutes. The control panel will allow the user to: -Add/Remove models from the list -Add as many models as I want (even 100) and if there is more than 18 the user will have to scroll to the right to see more -Add/Remove info on models -Add/Remove pictures to the flash gallery.
