I have a website template that needs to be customized for a client. Name of business: HomeSource

Colors used are to be silver, black and lime green to match the logo. An animated header is needed in the field on the upper half of the template in Flash, a nice transition effect from one photo to another. It will appear where the main graphic is now. I will provide 4 photographs. Logo appears on top with "HomeSource" in Impact Bold font. "Home" will be green to match the logo, "Source" in white.
A tag line "Bringing Homeowners and Contractors Together" will appear on the top instead of the top links area.
To start I need a JPG proof only to show the client, then proceed to coding it out.
I need the files organized neatly upon completion. Images in img folder, html outside the img folder. I will do all content, you only need to create links, header and animation.
Site has to be easily manipulated with Dreamweaver
You must deliver in 24 hours.
No content is needed, just work on the top design only. Its important to have the JPG proof only ready for me in a couple of hours for approval
