Day Spa Website Redesign

Current site [login to view URL] needs to be redone. I would like to get a completely new look and feel for the site and add some applications. (I would like to have the same look/feel as [login to view URL] ) Applications: 1. Send web-based emails from the clients on the site, to me. 2. e-card application for sending a 'wishlist' of spa packages to their friends/family (similar to [login to view URL]) 3. Virtual Photo Tour 4. Appointment booking (selecting from a list of services and choosing options, such as date/time) 5. Employment Application Online (Submitting a form) I'm looking for the following: 1. Clean, uncluttered design of site. 2. Templated frames with content management system or structure. 3. Tie Yahoo online store into site ([login to view URL]) by publishing products and their descriptions on website. 4. Create an html template that can be applied to Yahoo Store for consistent look/feel of website. 5. Site should be Search Engine Optimized. I will provide you with a list of keywords to be used. The site can have a flash element, but I don't want to have to sit through a long intro page. PHP is fine, as long as it works with Yahoo webhosting. Site currently uses javascript. Coder must have an EXCELLENT eye for Design, Balance and Color. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Site is hosted on Yahoo webhosting. Store is hosted on Yahoo merchant services. Majority of clients run IE 6.0.
