Debug audio files reloading problem in a Flash program

I have online flash programs that preload the audio files. The program works fine the first time. However if Internet browser (I tried it for IE v. 6, and the same is true for other browsers like Mozilla) has Internet Options/Temporary Internet Files/Settings/General set to Automatically, then if you try to refresh the browser page with the program, it starts loading the audio files and then gets stuck. If you set the Settings to "Every visit to the page", then everything works fine. Here is one of the programs in question (there are four of them, but they are very similar).
