adjust website(repost)

Hi, i have made a website, but i need some adjustment, <[login to view URL]> I need the following things to be corrected. **1.** When you go to the website, you will see top bar to be 7-8px space from where the menu starts. So i need some part of that to be cut. the middle part is flash, so i need the flash and the html on the sides to be cut a little, so that the space above the menu and space below the menu is same. **2**. Try to make the entire page fit in 800 X 600 resolution, i.e without scrollbar use for the user. Try to fit. You can reduce the grey boxes on the bottom part. **3**. Now the flash file is not running under firefox or mozilla, so i need that to be fixed. and browser compatabile. its only 1 page.
