We have a detailed spec and design details for a web-based poker gaming application and needs a vendor to program them. What we need you to do is tell us how you would go about this as well as the technology you will use. Don't bother to apply if you don't have skills in either flash games OR PHP5 Preferably NON-Flash. No complicated frameworks, it needs to be easily modified in the future. No, we do not want to buy a system. We want to build one. Stop offering ready made systems. Please quote us on the construction cost ( maximum of 5000 ). 1. 4 types of table. 500, 1000 coins, 5000 coins and 10000 coins. 2. Includes a joker card in the game ( it basically is a wild-card capable of simulating any card ) 3. A jackpot system, certain percentage of winning are added to jackpot total. Percentage can be modified from CMS. 4. 10 second timer for "follow" or automatically fold 5. Card dealer avatar can send messages, announcements. 6. Chat function in waiting room and inside game table 7. And more. ( please pm me if you need a detailed spec to craft a more accurate quote )

To be honest it cost 150,000$ to get the first versions of Zynga so your chances are pretty slim, for 5,000$ I will try to fit in most of the functions in a secure manner and have everything work smoothly in C#, PHP and HTML5.
