Bitcoin Slots.

I want a completely functional Bitcoin Slots Solution / Website where a user can come, register, play, withdraw money (if they win!) easily. I want the following to be done on a website: 1) User Registration System (A new user, once he's on the website, should be able to register a new account simply using his Email and Password, he can further also setup 2-factor authentication system). 2) Bitcoin Deposit System (After registration and email verification, the user should be able to send us Bitcoins using a unique address generated only for him. Slots have to be perfectly random and no funky business with tweaking results in favor of house here). 4) Withdrawal (Depending upon the user's balance, they can Withdraw money too - to ANY Bitcoin wallet they want. This will have to be instant and real-time without any hiccups. All withdrawals above 5BTC shall need Admin's approval just to make sure there's no fraud. We're also charging a 1% Fee for every withdrawal. Minimum Withdrawal is 0.5 BTC). 5) Referal (A user can get their friend to join us and once they deposit money, we'll credit the user with 0.001 BTC for their efforts - this will help in marketing and promotion). 6) Administration (As an administrator, I should be able to check out whats going on, my users, their money and their activities. I'd also like to manually approve all outward withdrawals above 5BTC. I should also be able to set minimums and maximums for slot machine bets, deposits and withdrawals.
