Build a Website

I need a simple website created. Profit share plus cost of project itself. -One page - Ability to login with twitter or facebook or sign up by verified email. -Grid Style photo gallery - Thumbnail images, when blank - allow user to upload an image for a specified price (payment via paypal). 8x6 - 60x60 pixel thumbnails. - After grid is full, a "next page" will show up - and a blank page of images will show -When photo opened up, will display username, location by state and/or country,and enlarged version of photo. -Limit to one sign up via social network and payment (specified price). -The uploaded photo replaces the blank photo images as soon as payment is received. -Before payment is received, (if the user did not specify a social network) the user will be asked to submit a username, location, and a photo. -No dashboard needed to signed in users - should just show their image and some statistics about their image (views, shares [social networks]). -I don't need a website that is too stylized or full of graphics - I can tend to those. I would just like it to be clean and eye-catching. -I just need social network images and some small css applications in order to make the website modern and sleek. Plain terms - A grid of photo-spots available for purchase - ability to sign up via facebook/twitter and purchase a spot via paypal. After you have a spot - ability to share your photo and "coordinates" via social networks.
