Custom PHPBB Skin

I'm looking for some assistance in re-skinning my forum at the following link: [login to view URL] I would like to maintain the existing theme's layout, I just want the colors of the theme changed, and I'd like it to be customized for my clan. I don't have any logos I can provide, so the winning bidder would be expected to help me create a logo. For a logo I'd just like [-Q-] written in a visually appealing way. Here's an example of a logo we currently use for people's profile avatars: [login to view URL] Here's what I am looking to have done specifically: - Creation of a new color scheme using the existing theme. - A custom made banner for the top of the site, where there's currently the two CS guys. This banner would need to fit the color theme of the rest of the site, and incorporate the [-Q-] logo. - Creation of a new rank logo to replace the existing one we use. You can find our existing one here: [login to view URL] The new rank image would need to have a transparent background so it looks good on people's profiles when they post. - The new topics/no new topics image would need to be changed into a non highlighted [-Q-], and a highlighted [-Q-]. If you have any other creative ideas on how the site could look better/professional, please don't hesitate to include it in your bid. Thanks! ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
