Customized Software

I am in need of a firm to design a cusomized software application for me. The software will be a scrapbooking software application. I have found a few examples of software that I like and would like to have mine similar in nature to theirs. The software needs to be packed with graphics, customizeable templates. The software will need to be easy to navigate, so that even a computer novice can use the software and create thier pages. There will need to be a spell checker, photo editing tools. All images, and templates need to be original deisign, or I need to own rights to these in order to put them in my software. I will need proof of ownership of these images or licensing agreements with the individuals or companies who own these in place. The software will need to have capabilities of inputing pictures and images from digital cameras, scanners, printers, DV Camcorders, video capture cards, and PC cameras as well. Please send examples of previous relevant work. I am trying to do this as cost effective as possible. The coder will be required to sign a confidentiality agreement with me once the work begins. A few examples of software you can get an idea of include: <[login to view URL]> <[login to view URL]> <[login to view URL]> ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. This software will need to be submitted in it's final form via CD ROM, and also be able to upload to a clients via my website. So a link to do this will need to be done. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete and all copyrights to all work purchased.
