Design a page using magento & wordpress

Hello there, I am looking to engage a freelance Magento Developer for some specific tasks with a view to a long-term partnership. I require somebody who is knowledgeable in Magento and is available to start work immediately with quick turnarounds. In the first instance the tasks I require completing are: 1. Install & configure Magento/drupal for paid per download digital product and add some attributes for product 2. Install & set up a Wordpress blog fully integrated with Magento. 3. Create a custom script to extract guest customer email addresses that I can access in the future through my CMS. 4. Add an option to add a gift message at checkout. 5. Add the ability to sort product results by Newest Products. 6. Enable me to have smaller price brackets for sorting by price in ascending order in the layered navigation. 7. Create a newsletter sign-up pop up on the home page. When quoting this job please provide a total price and a breakdown by task. Any quotes that do not include this breakdown will not be considered.
