Adding Custom Rollover Effects for 9 Images on Website - repost

I am looking to get custom rollover effects on 9 different images on my website. This is my third time posting this project and still no completion. So, this time I will be MORE informative and detailed with things. (1) I am using Godaddy's website builder which is a self-contained website builder application that allow access to ONLY use the provided templates and controls within the website builder. There is no CPANEL or access to FTP. (2) The only way to implement custom code into the website builder is by either using the following methods: [login to view URL] view of CSS file 2. HTML 3. JAVASCRIPT (3) If adding the rollover effects to the images can not be done using the above three options then I have a suggestion that would work. Which is to create a webpage displaying each image with the rollover effect. Example here: ---> ((([login to view URL])))........ If each image can be displayed on its OWN webpage by itself, I can then crop the webpage to the image exact height and width using an iframe cropper which would generate a HTML code where I can then paste the code on my site where I want the image with the rollover effect to [login to view URL] would work because I tried it. This would only be a temporary work-around until I host independently. Iframe cropper here: ((([login to view URL]))) (4) My site is [login to view URL] (5) On the Home page under the "What's Hot" and "Promoted Content" section, I want to add a custom rollover effect for each of the 9 photos. I have found the rollover effect that I want but I do not know how to implement the coding into my site the proper way so that it functions. As mentioned, I do not have CPANEL OR FTP access. This is a small project, however if I can get this done in a timely manner I will be sure to hire for alot more bigger projects for the news media company in the days to come. Thank you!
