Build a Website

My website ([login to view URL]) is hosted on godaddy and built using a wordpress theme called classipress. brainforbrawn connects Users at enterprises with students. I need some/all these features implemented: 1) User permissioning: Team leaders and Users are 2 levels I need right now. Team leaders are Users at enterprises who also have credit cards. Users are assigned to Team leaders 2) Groups and Workrooms: So a user needs to be able to form student teams. After they enter project details, they choose the students they want to work with. Students win projects on a first come first serve basis. A workroom is then formed. I have attached a high level process flow here.
