Build simple plugin style web app for integration into website building platform. + Ongoing projects.

**This is the first of several other, more complex applications to be developed. I am a designer who runs a small app company. I am looking to develop a relationship with a good development team for multiple ongoing projects.** Need a simple database-driven, plugin style web app made for integration into a popular website building platform (similar to a plugin for Wordpress but not for Wordpress). Must adhere to a clearly documented SDK (to be provided) and UI library. App can be written in any current web technology but javascript knowledge is a must. I am looking for a stable app with clean code. I will build a succession of these simple apps for the same platform. DESCRIPTION: The web app will allow people to create simple modal windows for their website and display these modal-windows to their website visitors based on certain criteria (i.e. on certain pages, a certain number of times). The modal windows will be able to display different types of content (i.e. form, text, embed code, etc.). User will be able to manage, turn on/off the modal windows for their site. To see examples of similar apps to what I need built, search "wordpress popup plugin". Though, again, this is not for Wordpress. Seeking a developer/ team who: - works quickly and efficiently. - uses stable and existing code architectures/ libraries when available, in lieu of writing things from scratch (i.e. using CKeditor instead of writing your own text editor). - is experienced integrating external APIs (Facebook, Google, Salesforce, MailChimp etc.) into projects. - can quickly learn and follow a well documented SDK and UI library. - will come up with solutions and advise on development. - will be available for app updates and further development. - is very responsive and timely with communication. - speaks English very well.
