Hello. Is you need using user local time, you need use Javascript. By PHP you can get only system time (time on server). I can create JS function, which redirect user to some page by some time (it's cost 50-80 USD) Else i can redirect on server using system date. I need create rewrite rules (it's cost about 100 USD) Which vartiant you select? Thanks for job.
