Customize wordpress job board theme (theme: jobify)

I purchased and installed wordpress theme Jobify. I've made some customizations to the theme and have it about 95% of the way where I need it to be. We will need to speak directly and perhaps grant access to the application in order to convey specific needs and work to an accurate proposal I assume. But the areas I am looking to improve / augment include: Streamline the payment processing (theme uses woocommerce and/or stripe) Streamline the "My Account" dashboard style page for better UX Page load speed to be reviewed and optimized Add ability to upload a video to process "posting a job" Add ability to upload a video to the process for "apply for job"
