A web base utility to record users answers to 4 questions using audio service

I have a very long term project. I am going to split it to small pieces and would like to be done with small pieces at a time. Before I explain the project I like to explain about my condition. If you are not Ok with these conditions this is not a right project for you. I don’t need a middle man here. I need to work with a person directly. So if you are representing a company or a team, this will not fit for you. You need to be able to communicate daily. I am available daily from 5:00 to 5:30 AM and after 7:30 PM US Eastern time. If you have slow internet or other limitation for daily communication, this will not fit for you. You need to have patient so we can communicate back and forth almost every day. This project was posted one time before and the developer was not able to do it so I submit it again with some slight changes. Since this project was not done by previous developer and to avoid wasting extra time, I need you to do the prototyping first to convince me you can do the job. This is the first small piece of the work. Once this is done we go to the next step. The program is to save an audio of test program. I have a test program with 4 questions. Questions are saved as audio, user will download or listen to the audio questions and tries to answer them via a new audio. The new audio (answer to questions) will be saved in the server. The questions audio are: 1- How old are you? 2- What is your degree? 3- When were you graduated? 4- What is your current job? You save it on the server. Then users enters his name (to create his own session) and listen to questions and responds using audio and send it to server. So the response is combined with questions like: 1- How old are you? I am 35 years old. 2- What is your degree? My degree is Mechanical Engineering 3- When were you graduated? I was graduated on 2004 4- What is your current job? I work as senior engineer in fire department. The audio service should be able to Record, Pause and Stop, Play Buttons on our audio component So in aspx we have a box user enters his name then is directed to the page (or in the same page) and see the link for questions. Clicks on questions and records questions and answers. User should pause or complete. Once he has completed he saves it in the server. The audio file name includes his name and date and time to make it unique. This should be done through .Net and you help me to set this up in my server. So I need a web base tool that can record the answers of 4 questions from users in audio and save it on the internet. There are some Online Recording Tools that you can use. You need to use the one which has API or SDK so you can apply the recording within your application. [login to view URL] could be of them. I need to get bid for this small piece and you need show something to me so I give this job to you. You also need to tell me the platform you are using. Platform: I really like this to be done in .Net unless there is no way and you want to do it in PHP. Whatever platform you use, nothing except Javascript in client side should be used. Payment: 50% after you show me the code is done in your server. 50% after you help me to install in my server. Final word: If you can do this there are plenty of work after this piece for the same project.
