Customizable Android Clock Widget

I need to create an Android clock widget that matches the theme in the attached picture (flip style clock), but allows users to upload their own background image so that they can skin their own clock widget. The widget will have a settings button (small in the right corner) that opens a pop up box that asks the users to browse for their background image and apply it. This settings pop up screen will either: 1) Allow users to crop their image that is saved on their phone and apply so that they can get their text or logo in the top left corner such as the attached image. When applying, the image must always fit smoothly in the format of the widget (smooth edges, forced size, etc...) 2) Allow users to set the font color of the clock numbers, and the background color of the flip clock. The goal here is to just create a customizable flip clock widget that allows people to create custom clocks for things like their fav. school, fav. team, or picture of family members. The clock needs to work on the majority of android phones, but if some must be excluded, please let me know in advance. Also let me know if it won't work on certain android OS versions. Payment ------- 10% up front 25% more after first working model 25% more after cleaned up working model (visually appealing, all color settings there, along with image crop) 15% when completed
