Diablo 2 Automated Item Transfer

I need a program made for the PC game Diablo II. A database is required to store item information and location. A web interface will be used to search through the database, select items and input a game name and password where the program will drop the selected items and update the database to reflect that the item is no longer there. Information can be added to the database via "logging" selected accounts (automatically log into an account, go through all characters saving item information) or importing existing logs from some other software.
