adding wiki kind of script in website

i have a website having technical articles. I want to include a glossary kind of feature in the website which will contain explanation (in text & picture) of technical terms and also allow user to edit (after moderation) these explanations & also post relevant weblinks (after moderation). For this purpose, i need installation of appropriate script for the website. The requirements are:- 1. Should have facility of glossary kind of feature allowing display of explanation of technical terms (categorized alphabetically and categorywise). explanation will have both text & images 2. Have edit/add feature allowing explanation to be added/modified after administrator moderation. Name of editor should be captured. User should also be able to post relevant weblinks (after administrator moderation) 3. Should permit display of adsense ads 4. should (preferably) open in my webpage format 5. The script should a tested one..preferably using open source scripts like pmwiki, moodle ,Mediawiki etc)
