1 Background: We require a programmer to develop a scalable front and back end secure website. The website will be used to collate and store financial data for statistical reporting over a selected period. There is great opportunity for the winning provider to continue with this project. - Working example of values and calculations will be provided in a spreadsheet to ensure requirements are completely understood. - Webhosting account will be provided. - Any comments in PMB not relating to this project will be ignored. - Any comments or value add ideas in the PBM will be looked upon favorably. 6 Payments Three milestones to be set. 6.1 Milestone 1. Setup pilot website and test. 70% Partial Payment will be made 6.2 Milestone 2. Migrate website to client webhosting account and test. 20% Partial Payment will be made 6.3 Milestone 3. Require further 2 weeks of testing. Ensure all bugs have been discovered and resolved. High Level support documentation to be provided. Remaining payment will be made Regards
