I have an HTML5 mobile web site that I want to appear more like a mobile app by adding the meta tags to the header. I need the visitor to open to a splash screen while site loads and then have a small pop up that asks them to add the "app icon" to the home screen (for Android it needs a message to add it to bookmarks). I have the code, splash screens and icons in the correct sizes and the correct code but I just need it to be added to the correct place to make it work. I want it to only open on the person's second visit to the site, similar to what is described in this article. [login to view URL] Thanks
