We work in the adult industry and subscribe to a large number of Top 100 lists. These are boards where you can post an advert, and in return you place a link to the board on your website. Websites who refer the most traffic to the board via these links have their advert shown at the top, and only the first 100 adverts are listed.
We want to add some JavaScript (or similar) to our website that would simulate a visit to these boards for each visitor we get, in other words, each visitor we get would automatically 'visit' all of these boards (not sure how many boards in total), however we don't want the visitor to actually visit these boards, or necessarily be aware that this is what's happening.
There could be a number of boards so we'd need this script to be configurable, either through the code (e.g. parameters), or by it reading all the links on a certain page. Don't care how, just so long as it's easy to use and maintain.
Naturally these Top 100 sites have certain safe guards to try to prevent being spammed, so each visit would need to be seen a genuine: all the Browser info, IP address, OS version etc. that is available for tracking would need to be that of our visitor and not link back to us, or some other consistent site.
Also, to benefit from Browser caching, it would preferably work effectively from an include file (i.e. the script needs to exist in a separate file from the HTML page and would be included using something like <script src="[login to view URL]" language="JavaScript"></script>).
Some example Top 100 lists are below. Please note that these are adult sites and have adult content:
[login to view URL]

## Deliverables
1. Easy to implement JavaScript, or similar, for addition to each web page on our website
2. Supports IE, NN, FireFox
3. Script works on each page without needing any page specific alteration
4. Easily configurable to remove or add new Top 100 lists that should be 'visited';
5. Visits should be hidden from our visitor
6. Simulate a fully genuine visit to the Top 100 list
7. Not use any popups/pop unders that can be blocked
8. Not increase the page load time by more that 25% of current load time, excluding any delay incurred waiting for the Top 100 list site top respond
9. Not require the visitor to use any additional plig-ins that would require a download to be installed
10. Be able to handle the requirement for the Top 100 site to set Cookies, even if the browser is set to prompt for Cookies. It's not that it needs to do anything clever with the cookies, we just don't what this to cause an error in the script, or prevent our site for working correctly.
