CSS / Payment Gateway / other minor work to finish site

The website is a jobs board for English teachers who want to work in Korea; the users are employers (Korean schools and private academies in Korea that need teachers) and job seekers (English teachers, those who want to teach English in Korea). The employers use the site in two ways: they upload job postings and they access the resume database (resumes that are uploaded by jobseekers to promote themselves). Job seekers use the website by browsing the job postings, and uploading a resume. Employers can post standard job postings and premium job postings. Premium job postings are listed in special high-visibility sections across the website, as well as in the standard jobs lists. Job seekers, too, can upgrade their membership to VIP and have their resume displayed in high-visibility slots across the website. A web design team put together a demo site and it’s nearly completed. Below is the remaining work – it needs to be finished as soon as possible. The most urgent part is point 11, the payment gateway. I want to Skype with the new developer to explain the problems if necessary. A developer could do all or some of the feedback – but we’re looking for someone to start a working relationship with. This is just the first feedback document, there’ll be another, with minor changes in about two months – and we want to use the same person. And, once the site is launched, we want to give any new work (changes, updates, new installations) to the same person. So it could be profitable if you help us to get what we’re asking for below.
