Complete the development of a social network

We are looking for a company to complete the development of a complex social network (drupal/php, mysql, ajax, javascript, jquery). Part of the development has already been completed but it needs a facelift/redesign of some parts, some additional programming, some code change/modification, and code cleaning (the site right now cannot be considered fully functional) In PM, please send: 1) your cost per hour of work ($/hr) 2) links to social networking sites, professional networking sites, "social media" sites and online communities you have worked on. 3) Maximum number of people you can put on this project (we need super fast delivery) if we were to start on the week of 14/03/2011. I'll discuss with each bidder in PM. The ones with best work examples/cost/manpower will receive full details of what is needed to be done and link to the current site so you can browse it/check it/understand it and understand what needs to be done to make it functional For now please just put a "placeholder" bid of $55. Shortlisted providers will be invited to a separate project where they can place their real bid What we are looking for: 1) a company expert at drupal/php, mysql, ajax, javascript, jquery and other technologies necessary/used in social/professional online networking platforms and communities 2) company with good sense of "style" and "user-friendly functionality" since the site needs to be completed in a way that when launched, it can compete with established players in the online networking industry 3) a company that has some major "free time". This means that if you only have 2-3 programmers to put on this job, you may not be selected. I need super-fast turnaround!!
