I have 15 Excel files like the one I have attached to this Bid request, which I need to convert to *clean* HTML files. It means that they shouldn´t keep the confuse code Excel and other converters generate. Besides, the first and second lines should stay fixed, while it is possible to navigate to the rest of the data, as in an Excel file. This can be done with frames and javascript, or any other solution the coder suggests, as long as it works on the required browsers. Also, another problem is that the two first lines and the first column should stay fixed, like an excel file, and should scroll together with the rest of the content. I believe this can be done in Javascript. This is an ongoing project. I currently have 10 files which should be converted now, and will have a new file everyweek for the next 5 weeks. The bid is for the 20 files, and I will pay you according to the files you send (Total bid amount/20 = price per file).
