Create PHP Gold Hallmark Wizard

I would like a UK Gold Hallmark Wizard produced in PHP that I can add to a website. The wizard should correctly identify the assay office, purity and year marks and present a summary detailing where/when the item was assayed. I also want all the required purity marks to be provided. The wizard should first record the assay office mark and then display the relevant purity marks for that office. It should then allow the user to select the correct year mark based on the assay office/purity mark. Please note I will not accept any milestones and no money will be released until the wizard is functioning correctly - the results will be tested as will the relevance of the options offered at each stage. Before bidding do some research and to prove that you understand the project, provide me with the image of the assay mark for the Birmingham Assay Office - anyone not providing this will have their bid immediately deleted.
