Database and Admin Creation

Require Database setup, an admin panel and a web based script that sends out emails to selected groups on the database. Attached is a draft of the web page information required. New customers will be able to subscribe to any of the 3 shipping schedules provided and will get an email notification whenever shipping information is changed in any of the services that they have subscribed to. For example: If the ‘Cut off’ date is changed for the ship called the ‘Scarlett Lucy’ in the attached draft all customers subscribed to the Vanuatu service will receive an email giving them the updated information change. The admin section must allow deletion of subscribers and also addition of Admin usernames and passwords. Budget for this project is $100 USD
