SWF generator with customizable actionscript variables and links

The tool will reside on my server and takes the following input from an html form: 1. "videoLink" - a link to a youtube video (ex [login to view URL]) 2. "titleText" - simple text, max of 25 characters 3. "webUrl" - a link to a website of the user's choice 4. "timeDelay" - an integer specifying when an actionscript event should take place 5. "userId" - the user id of the person running this tool Details: With the above input, the tool will generate a SWF file as follows: 1. size: 720 X 720px 2. from y = 0 to 100px, generate a title using "titleText" Black background, bright yellow text. Font: Arial, size: big enough to allow 25 "W" in a single line without linewrap 3. from y = 101 to 460, embed the youtube video link specified. When run, the swf will stream this video from youtube, not stored in the actual flash. 640x360 (center it so there is a small border to the left and right of the embeded youtube video. The reader will be able to start and stop the video using the standard youtube player controls. 4. from y = 461 to 560, full width text input box where the reader is prompted to enter their email address. Default text = "enter email address". White background, black text. Arial font 5. from y = 561 to 660, insert a full width rectangular "submit now" button. No preference, just something that looks nice - green background, white text perhaps. 6. from y = 661 to 720, I want to put a "powered by [login to view URL]" label. I'll change the "powered by..." later. 7. The text input box and submit now button will appear at the time specified in "timeDelay" and stay on for the rest of the swf 8. When the submit button is pressed, a call is made to the defined website along with the email address specified (ex "[login to view URL] at [login to view URL]") The swf will be saved off to the same directory in the format date stamp (yymmddhhmmss) + userId. Ex [login to view URL] When the swf file has been created, output the filename to a form field called "outputFile" No preference in code language, my server supports all of the popular languages. I will need to be able to edit the source from time to time and prefer not to have to buy additional software to recompile the tool.
