Classifieds Website

We need a php expert to develop a simple classifieds project for us. The detailed functionality is attached in the pdf document. The functionality and fields have to be exactly as the way it is mentioned in the document. 75% of the functionality and the design is already ready. Minor tasks have to be completed. The current admin is done in Joomla but needs to be modified a bit more. The details will be given to the chosen programmer. We need only a PHP expert who has relevant experience in the past and can deliver the project within 2-3 days. Need to see a similar classifieds site in PHP as an example before we choose the final developer. If this project is executed well, then there are 2 more projects of similar nature which we would like to give to the same developer.
