Customize ,Develop, and design website with Joomla

The website is a city guide. The design requirements are: 1- Design a simple logo that gives the visitor an impression about the city and the website and it must fit with the template colors. 2- I prefer having bright colors for the template such as blue,yellow,brown or if you can combine beautiful colors that can fit together for a costal city. 3- The sections that should be created or the components that should be installed for the website are: A- News -- CITY News -- COUNTRY News -- UNI News -- Tech News -- Economy News -- Interviews B- Events (Calender events) C - How To D - Things to do -- CITY: --- Shopping --- Kids Activities --- Museums --- Sports & leisure --- Parks --- Nearby Excursions -- COUNTRY: E- Restaurants (Directory) -- Visitors can add restaurants and also visitors and members can rate and write comments about the restaurants. F- Shopping G- Travel -- Hotels -- Flights members can add news, events, questions in (how to section), restaurants, places in things to do section but it cannot be published until the admin approve it. Also, visitors and members can rate and write comments about every thing.
