Additional functionality for existing iPhone app

We are looking to add functionality to existing iPhone App. Current Functionality The existing app provides the users with surveys that can be taken over iPhone. The app interacts with database hosted on a webserver. The users are presented with surveys based on profile. The questions and options are presented to users. The user responses are stored on the web database. Existing questions that can be handled are like the following: Q. What is your favorite colour? (pick one) a. Red b. Brown c. Black Additional functionality needed We want to add the functionality of being able to handle question responses in form of Text Inputs. Currently the users are only able to pick out of predefined response options. eg. We need to add the following kind of questions Q. What is your favorite colour? (enter your choice) A. _______________
