Coins Directory

Hello, I need a simple directory of coins and bills in php and mysql. I need to be able to import the data from Microsoft excel or from .csv. Better will be excel. I need someone who can work with phpexcel ([login to view URL]‎). Directory sample in html is here [login to view URL] When you click on "Country index" link, [login to view URL], countries list show. This page is need to be in php and automatically add a country name when I import it from excel file Then when you click on some country name (in this sample only Albania is working [login to view URL]) country index page show. This page also need to be dynamic in php. Information on this page are from excel file. Then when you click on some coins link (in sample 1 lek) other details show. If country with information already exist, then need to be overwritten . Every country will have many coins. Current excel sample are only 4 coins. I need a code to be clean and stable, because will be a lot of countries and informations. The best will be if you can do a import from excel file, because is visual easiest for editing then csv. In excel file I also explained some separators and fields. I need a admin area where I can import countries with information from excel files, and where I can see all imports edit/delete them). if import already exist need to be overwritten.
