Contact Congress Plugin

Developing a widget plugin that makes it possible for like minded readers to send a pre-written (but editable) email to their senator by just entering a zipcode. EXACTLY like the take action function here: [login to view URL] THE EMAIL ADDRESSES OF REPS AND SENATORS ARE NOT AVAILABLE you will have to pool all the contact forms and form structure (which takes time) in a db, then match the fields. YOU WILL ONLY BE REQUIRED TO DO SENATORS as open source work has already been done on their contact forms. [login to view URL] I of course would also like reps to be done but i dont believe one individual could do it considering 435 forms would have to be matched and no open source work has been done yet. If you have any ideas i am open. There are plugins that look up congressmen but none to integrate that with sending a message. It needs to be an all in one seamless widget. I must be able to have many of them on the site all addressing different issues- therefore on the back end i must be able to edit the subject and the content of the message.
