Create custom Prestashop module for my website

I currently have a Prestashop website with the Agile multi-sellar module and agile block-layered module installed. I also have a third party cache module (extendify). Need a new module developed which is integrated with Prestasho core modules, agile modules, and the cache module Functionality: 1) For each seller, need to add new fields -- Delivery city and areas 2) When the buyer visits the website the first time, website should force user to enter a state/city/area 3) Based on the selection entered by the buyer, the website should display only products from sellers who operate in that city/area 4) In the product listing page, (a) products should be displayed based on the city/area selected'; (b) in the agile block layered module, buyer can select other areas but only those within the same city 5) Should have new search field on the top where buyer can change the state/city/area selected Please submit your bids only if you have significant experience in Prestashop.
