Customized modules - Magento expert needed

We need to customize our ordering process and have a zip code restricted module. We are a company selling different kinds of meal each week. We deliver at least two days a week. We are looking for a Magento experienced programmer. CATALOGUE CUSTOMIZATION 1-We want to be able to set delivery date on our products. At least 2 delivery date but we also want the flexibility of removing and adding a delivery date. 2- We need to be able to set / add / remove the number of plates of our meal ex: 2 plates per meal, 4 plates per meal. In our cart, we need a minimum of 4 plates by delivery date. Ex: A customer can choose 2 different meals of 2 plates or it can order 4 plates of the same meal. As long as there are 4 plates associated to 1 delivery date the order will be valid and we can process to checkout. If these criteria are not met an error message appears. 3- We need to modify the way our product appear in the cart. We want to show product by week and be able to skip to next week (option to control how many further week we’re showing) with a dropdown list and also with an arrow system like in a slideshow. We don’t want the page to reload when changing week or adding a product to cart. Also we want to be able to prepare a couple weeks / month ago our meals in the system it’s important we can control what we’re showing on the website. ZIP CODE RESTRICTED - MODULE 1- We need to set a list of zip code we deliver to in the administration section. 2- In our catalog page: we invite every customer to enter their zip code to know if our delivery services are available in their area. If they enter a zip code that we don’t deserve for now an email field appear and we can save the email address with the zip code to our database for future mailing. (In admin section we need a section to generate a report on who enter their email and zip code exportable in CSV) 3- If they enter a zip code that is not available OR if they are not logged in OR if they did not enter a zip code at all: Every “Add to cart” buttons will show “Validate zip code” and you can’t add product to cart. 4- If they enter a valid zip code or they are log in their account the “Add to cart” buttons show “Add to cart” and you can add product to the cart. 5- When a customer creates an account in our website the zip code field needs to validate in real time (Ajax). If they enter a wrong zip code a message appear telling them we don’t deliver in this area for now. MEMBERSHIP - MODULE We also need help to create a membership module like [login to view URL] but way less complex without the reccurring process CONSIDERATION Coding needs to be compatible with Magento version 1.8.X CE. Everything needs to be multilingual ready. All coding must be clearly commented. An installation guide must be provided.
