Developement PHP, mySQL game lottery

Urgent search developer for coding (PHP mySQL) a script to check alpha numeric code (send from a form)and the code (provided) is in the mySQL database, then can check if he won, (awarding 30 "instant win games" / day for 3 different prices) and finally participation in a game lottery after having responded to four questions. Possibility to load by backend specific data. I provide code 600 000 alpha numeric code for the base, 4 questions, 4 answers, mails for response.
