DigitalAccessPass Custom JS Debugging & Customization

I need someone that can debug some JS errors on a custom checkout page using DigitalAccessPass. In addition we want some custom changes completed... Task # 1 ---------------------------------- Basically when you fill out the checkout form and click submit, nothing happens. DAP support says this is due to JS errors but they don't offer any type of support so I'm here looking for some help. Custom Template 1 Purchase Link.... Task # 2 ---------------------------------- Take a look at another site using a custom DAP checkout page: [login to view URL] Notice how they have a product image and have dome some simple changes to the checkout page. Here is a side by side comparison of our two pages: [login to view URL] I want my (mobile optimized) checkout page to look more like the image on the left in the above referenced side-by-side comparison. Simple changes like removing the "Name/Description, Qty, Amount" adding a product image...etc. My page is mobile optimized and needs to remain that way so proper testing on mobile is required. Bidders Note: -------------------------------------- I prefer to pick a programmer that has experience working with DigitalAccessPass however this is not required as it honestly comes down to JS, CSS, Html custom tweaks. I often chose bids from people with a good established history here on Freelancer.com and from people whom have taken the time to write out a bid not just copy and paste a huge paragraph of general info.
