api and xml feeds php asp,net n website Design

Hi, I have a car parts website buit in asp.net. I intend to add products to the site using a mysql database. An api to a third party electronic catloge which will be updated twice a month via an ftp. the results will be Quiered aginst a price an xml price file . this will be done in linux/php. mysql to keep costs low. The site will require search for parts functionality by make ,model,categoty and subcategory.A shopping basket,returns area, customer login a company user [login to view URL] and reprint orders,.It will need to be able to update products, prices . The site will also have 4 diffrent xml feeds providing leads which will need to be filtered then matched to products on the database, then quotes sent via returns feeds. These quotes will need to be distrubted between users and the distribution set by an administrator which can be set by predetermined [login to view URL] site will need full reporting including google analytics,quotes recieved , leads deleted made,sales made by operater, leadprovider, ect There wiil also be api to a vehicle registration lookup site and to several courier companies which will email and text when orders have beed despatched.
