Convert html template to wordpress theme

Hello everyone, We're a design studio constantly looking for contractors for our outsourcing needs, we know the ins and out of what it takes to develop a website so we're expecting honest and reasonable quotes from all applicants. For this project we require you to convert this existing template to a fully functional wordpress theme. The general task will include setting up both client's website content accordingly as well as some other graphical customization.
