A Great HTML 5, reactive User Interface (UI) designer/programmer - is You?

Hi! I need a great HTML 5, reactive User Interface (UI) designer/programmer who can help me finish an interface for my web-site maker. Only contact me with examples of your responsive html5 designs. Looking for something smooth, responsive and usable on PC/Mac/iPad - see example here: [login to view URL] But instead of clothes, the client can select pre-designed backgrounds or buttons, or other graphics, etc. Ideally I want to be able to add more buttons, that the interface loads images from a bin/database list, that is always adding new designs and buttons for specific accounts.
