CSS Changes to a word press theme

Hello, I am interested in making some changing to a word press site. The site I have listed below is using my same template and I would like to replicate some of the design it has. The changes I want are listed below 1- I would like the entire site to be white and the side bars to match the side bars on [login to view URL] 2- Add the menu options where the phone number is at the Top. 3- Thin out the bar that runs across the top to make it look like a single line. Now which is currently holding the menu items 4- Make the slide show smaller? to allow the following Where the quick search is I would like to remove that and replace with my newest Blogs which will run down the length of the page Blog list should be about the last 5 - 8 posts 6- Under the slide show I would like it to show 2 sections which I know how to change the title in the event I decide to rename the section Under the sections I should be able to please links to other pages. see referenced site above Current ideas for those sections are A- Tools/ resources B- Buyers and sellers 7- Buying service introduction - brief description to link to a full about us page 8- Another page - Under the 2 spots I would like to see new car listings of mine On the Bottom header I would like to see: A- My logo B- Business Hours C- A Map of where to find us D- Contact Info Looks like this - [login to view URL] This is a few of the changes that will need to be don't I am also looking forsomeone who will work with me on going as I build this site
