Create WordPress Blog Theme

I have an existing e-commerce web site at http://www.flipscript.com.

I also have a new blog at [url removed, login to view] (with no content).

I would like to have a WordPress blog theme created so it looks like the [url removed, login to view] web site. It should share the header, footer and CSS styling of the main site. I would like it to remain at its current URL (listed above).

After integration, I will update the shared footer, and the left-hand sidebar of the main site to link to the blog.
