DHTML Slide-in subscription box

I need one of those unblockable pop-ups that slide-in...from the left in this case. If you go to <[login to view URL]> about 1/3 down the page you will see an iFrame designed to capture names and email addresses. This new slide in will replace that...I'd like the slide-in to be approximately the same size. I'd like the slide-in to be an iframe (if possible)...that is I want only the contents of that box to change...I don't want people taken off the salespage at all. More detail below. ## Deliverables The content for the slide-in you can see by clicking on the link below... [[login to view URL]][1] When people click on SUBMIT to give me their name and email I want the box to change to a page like the one below...with a very prominent CLOSE BOX button. This is the page I want the box to change to once they hit submit... <[login to view URL]> The really important part is that only the content of the slide-in should change...their place in the sales letter should never change.
