My project consists of the integrating Social Media with user/customer issued RFID/NFC cards, wristbands, stickers, etc. Once the user receives the tag they go up to a computer operated kiosk which is very user friendly. The user will scan hiss RFID/NFC tag and be able to register it with Personal Info, Contact info and link their social media accounts via a full screen user interface. I then plan to have Arduino wifi powered check-in boxes where the user will then scan their tag and depending on the certain box be able to perform a social media action such as Like something on facebook, Check-in on Facebook, Post on wall in Facebook, Foursquare Check-in, Follow on Twitter, Tweet on Twitter. The users then would be eligible for special promotions.
So in total what I would need completed:
-Script written that is user friendly looking that would be operated at the computer kiosk where the user will enter their information.
-Python and whatever other scripts needed to operate the arduino when RFID tags were scanned, whether it being Facebook API's, Foursquare and Twitter.
- Help designing arduino board capable of powering check-in box.
Dear Callmep,
I have been working with RFID/NFC for more than 6 years. My experience includes designing electronics, programming software, firmware etc. My proposal is to start with a first stage using the PC to register and then another PC to emulate the Arduino module. The budget I present here is for this stage. Extended details in PM.
