Hi, I need a competent programmer to build a simple website/ android app (to interface with an existing API) that allows the users to type in their messages and get those messages sent out to a list of similar users who opt in to receive these information. The API is open sourced, could be found here -> [login to view URL] This website / android app will: 1) Allow me to register my mobile phone number and get WhatsApp to call back with activation code. 2) Allow me to upload my phone numbers via vcard or CSV and to verify and show the numbers with WhatsApp accounts. 3) Allow me to select all or individual contacts to send my message. 4) If possible, allow attachment of at least 1 picture. It will not be set with any broadcast restrictions, but probably limit its maximum sending per hour. Let me know how you intend to acheive this project. Hi, I believe I could complete your requirement. However I just test the API you provide and its python ver is not working. I will keep testing it and meanwhile if you feel OK we could talk about details of your requirement. I plan to build as a Django web app. It will have simple option to upload your csv file, choose contacts, input text, and then send the msg. Thank you.
