Arcade game site updating

I would like to have the following changes made to my arcade website: 1. Update the site to the newest version of the game script and make sure everything is working right, I will provide all the needed files fo r the update. 2. I have a large file of games that need to be placed on the site via a mysql dump. 3. I would like to have a feature to automatically add new content to the site via a file on my computer, I would like to setup a file with new content and have it pull from the file and add it to the site on a regular basis. 4. I have a few minor layout changes that I want done. 5. I would like a through review of any possible seo improvements that can be done to the site, please provide details in any pm as to what work you would be doing. I am undecided as to how much a job like this will cost so I have decided to leave the bid price open for now and i will review any offers and I am also going to be asking for quotes from other web compaines so I can compare prices. Once I select a bid and it is accepted I will place the funds into escrow and you will have up to 30 days to complete the work, if you do not finish the job within 30 days I will cancel the bid and you will not get paid.
