i have a home page that has the following choices on it: - report your deal - see deals on leases - see deals on purchases - see deals on both i am looking to now produce the next set of pages by seeking simple pages. for example, when you click on see deals on leases, i need five drop down menus. 1. year 2. make 3. model 4. trim (one drop down choice is always ALL) 5. zip code 6. locate dealerships (statewide, nationwide, 30 mile radius [m.r.], 60 mr, 100 mr, 200 m.r.] also if someone picks purchase they come to the same drop down menus when the selection for lease is made and the drop down menus selected, the system will display for the year, model, and trim selected: (1) Total Cash Down; (2) Monthly Payment; (3) Trade In [yes/no]; (4) total miles; (5) date of lease/sale; 6) name, address, and telephone number of dealership; and (7) car salesman's name/phone number . i will also need a form to fill out all of this information when the person clicks on "report your deal" for the purchase section of the website, the system will display the year, model, and trim selected and then indicate: (1) the selling price; (2) financing/cash; (3) if financing (a) down payment; (b) monthly payment; and (c) length of financing; (4) name, address, and telephone number of dealership; and (5 car salesman's name/phone number. i know there is a lot of information that can be included, but i want to try to make this site happen by making the information concise and bare minimum to avoid confusion. however, the criteria are subject to change before final approval, but this is a good start. your bid will include the above requirements and the compiling all of the data for the makes/models/trims for the drop down menu through the 2008 model year. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows?
