Affiliate site

I need a site for affiliates. It's a coaching programm on line. Everybody pays a certain amount each month, and receive a commission on their affiliates. So the system is : John Smith subscribes to the coaching programm and pays for example 30 $ a month. John Smith speaks about this coaching programm to? Jane and Allan. Jane and Allan subscribe, and pay 30 $ a month. So John Smith will earn the half, 15 $ a month for his affiliate Jane, and 15 $ a month for his affiliate Allan. Then Jane speaks to her friend Mary, who pays 30 $ a month. And Jane will receive each month 15 $. One level affiliation. The system must me automatic. As long as a subscriber pays each month, his referent earns half of the money. In case of unsubscribe, the referrent stops earning money. Everything with paypal, or paysitecash, but I'm open to another system. In the beginning, subscribers have a discount on the first month. As I know few in html and very few in php, the programm must me documented/commented, so I can unterstand how it works.
